Continuing to lock up transfer commits, the WVU football program signed several more new players on Monday.

The first one of the day was linebacker Tyler Stolsky, who has now found his third school after spending one season at Florida Atlantic and his first two years in the Big Ten at Minnesota. He announced his commitment on Jan. 7.

The Mountaineers will now provide the 6-foot-3, 225-pound Stolsky an opportunity to return to the Power Four level, something his production with the Owls signals he could be ready for again. He made 34 total tackles in two seasons with the Golden Gophers.

Stolsky totaled 86 tackles, 41 solo stops, a pair of pass deflections and a sack in 2025. He entered the transfer portal on the first official day it opened on Jan. 2.

Adding some necessary size to the offensive line, West Virginia also revealed the signing of Cameron Griffin soon after Stolsky.

Griffin (6-foot-4, 305-pounds) comes to WVU after spending three years with the Gamecocks and appearing in 33 games and 16 starts.

In 2025, Griffin played left tackle, left guard and even center while playing a total of 971 snaps. He was named first-team all-Conference USA.

Griffin will continuing blocking for star running back Cam Cook, who officially signed on Sunday.
