2026 4-Star QB Peyton Falzone Raves About WVU Football After Visit

West Virginia was finally able to get one of their top 2026 quarterback recruits on campus. And after wrapping up his tour of the WVU football program, four-star prospect Peyton Falzone posted about his experience with Rich Rodriguez on social media.
“I had an awesome time visiting WVU football. Thank you to Coach Rodriguez and the entire staff for making me feel at home. I’m definitely looking forward to getting back on campus,” said Falzone.

Rodriguez and his staff sent an offer to Falzone on Jan. 21 and running backs coach Chad Scott then visited him at school later that same week.
Listed at 6-foot-5 and 200 pounds, Falzone is becoming an extremely popular 2026 prospect with offers from all over the country. He’s a true dual-threat athlete who also runs track at Nazareth High School in Nazareth, Pa.
Falzone is a considered a consensus four-star and among ESPN’s top 300 players for his class. Rivals, 247 Sports and On3 Sports all rank Falzone as one of the top 10 recruits in Pennsylvania and top quarterbacks in the nation.
West Virginia has plenty of competition for Falzone already, with Penn State also showing their interest recently. Penn State head coach James Franklin and a member of his staff visited Falzone in person on the same day he revealed his WVU offer.
In addition to the Mountaineers and Nittany Lions, Rutgers, Syracuse, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin are some of the other major programs pursuing Falzone. Marshall even sent him an offer, trying to join the mix as well.
