Pat McAfee Reveals Stacked Lineup for His Show on WVU’s Campus
Calling the guest lineup of Friday’s Pat McAfee Show live on the campus of West Virginia University stacked would be an understatement. The former Mountaineer turned media mogul revealed some of the big WVU related names he’s going to have on the show while teasing an opportunity to hear from others as well.
Here’s the announced lineup at this point: WVU director of athletics Wren Baker, football head coach Neal Brown and quarterback Garrett Greene repressing the current era and then past Mountaineer legends Pat White, Owen Schmitt, Adam “Pacman” Jones and even moving away from just football figures with former WVU basketball star and current New York Knick guard Miles “Deuce” McBride.
There’s no telling who else will join that loaded lineup on the show. To add to everything, schools in the county are closing on Friday and bars are opening early.

Leave it to Pat McAfee to turn up the dial on the atmosphere that will take over Morgantown for WVU’s season opener against Penn State. Not only will Morgantown experience the pageantry that comes with a national showcase game, but McAfee will host his show live on the WVU campus that weekend.
McAfee announced the news during as segment of his show last week. He’s alluded to wanting to do his show in Morgantown in the past, and now it’s officially going to happen.
McAfee will broadcast his show live from near the Life Sciences Building, which sits right in the middle of WVU’s downtown campus. This is actually where the old Mountaineer Field was located.
And being able to host his show on location at WVU will also only add to McAfee’s own excitement for the matchup with Penn State.
What ya gonna do when West Virginia runs wild on you? That’s what McAfee asked Penn State during a recent segment of his show.
After telling Penn State they need to look out for the Mountaineers in Week 1, McAfee complimented WVU head coach Neal Brown on his new rugged look and how aggressive he’s become when defending his team.
McAfee even went as far as to officially predict WVU will make the College Football Playoff on the first College GameDay show of the season last weekend.
