Just over a week after signing him, the San Francisco 49ers have released former WVU star and seventh overall draft pick Kevin White.
The 49ers have released DE Dion Jordan and WR Kevin White.

The Miami Dolphins have cut former WVU receiver Gary Jennings. Jennings was originally drafted and later cut by the Seattle Seahawks before being picked up by Miami in 2019.
Dolphins announce trade for Lynn Bowden – who they announce as a WR. As I noted, that's their plan for him.

The New York Jets have cut former Mountaineer George Campbell. Campbell spent one season with WVU after transferring from Florida State. The Jets signed him as an undrafted free agent following the 2020 NFL draft.
Other cuts (fixing Hall): Josh Adams, Lawrence Cager, George Campbell, Jehu Chesson, Josh Malone, Donte Moncrief, Daniel Brown, Matthias Farley, Bennett Jackson. Bryce Hall was moved to reserve/NFI. #nyj

The Saints have waived former WVU cornerback Keith Washington II, according to his agent. Washington signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent following this summer’s NFL draft.

Former WVU defensive back Dravon Askew-Henry has been released by the Giants but could land on their practice squad.
The Giants have released S Dravon Askew-Henry, though it sounds like he'll be one of the 16 returning to the practice squad.

UPDATE – 10:33 a.m.
The New York Giants have placed former WVU receiver David Sills V on the IR with a right foot fracture. Sills was having a good camp with the Giants and it sounded like he had a good shot to make the roster for week one.
WR David Sills, who did a lot of good things this summer, will not get a chance to make the Giants roster. He has a fractured right foot and was placed on injured reserve.
